A Los Angeles Superior Court judge just cleared the way for Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer to officially become single again -- but for Kelsey, his bachelor days won't last very long.

A Monday morning divorce court hearing produced the good news for the engaged former "Frasier" star. Awaiting some final signatures from Kelsey regarding his retirement accounts, the judge expects all the paperwork to be in order in time for a Thursday review. As long as Kelsey and Camille sign all the documents in question, their union will likely be officially declared over and out within a week of the Thursday hearing. The judge seems so confident with the outcome, no one even has to show up Thursday if all the administrative red tape is complete. Neither Kelsey nor Camille were present for the early Monday court proceedings.

Kelsey has reportedly set a wedding date with his new bride, Kayte Walsh, for February 25. If all goes well, the Emmy-award-winning actor will be legally cleared to take a walk down the aisle for a fourth time.

Aside from her court business, Camille is keeping busy in her post-"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" days. She will guest star on the February 17 season finale of "$#*! My Dad Says," opposite William Shatner, as a divorcee and reality series star who is given help to find a new house by characters on the show.
