Kim Kardashian: Justin Bieber's New Haircut 'Really Cute'

Kim Kardashian took time out from a fragrance launch event to comment on Justin Bieber's hair makeover. 

When asked about Justin's decision to cut his famous locks, Kardashian said: "I have seen his new haircut, it's really cute."

At the fragrance event at Macy's in Glendale, CA, she told ET the fragrance -- which bears her name -- took a long time to develop because she's very picky about what she personally wears. She says the scent is hard to define -- although it contains white florals and a little mandarin blossom -- but she added that her friends keep telling her that if they could imagine any scent that would smell like Kim, this would be it.

On her boyfriend Kris Humphries, Kim shared: "He loves my fragrance. I wear it all the time, so he likes my scent." Watch the video to see Kim's enthusiastic fans try to get as close as possible to the reality star and entrepreneur.
