Natalie Portman, who is the spokesmodel for Miss Dior Cherie perfume, is speaking out against Dior's creative director John Galliano, who was recently caught on tape making anti-Semitic remarks.
The Sun newspaper's website posted a video of the designer at a what appears to be a Paris cafe telling fellow patrons that, "People like you would be dead today. Your mothers, your forefathers would be f-----g gassed and f-----g dead."
"As an individual who is proud to be Jewish, I will not be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way," Portman said in a statement to the Associated Press.
As of this morning, Galliano has reportedly been fired.
