Michael Lohan Arrested on Three Felony Charges

Lindsay Lohan isn't the only person in her family facing serious legal woes.
ET has learned that Lindsay's dad Michael Lohan was held on $200,000 bail after police arrested him in West Hollywood on Monday for three felony charges including inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant.
Lt. John Ratto told People, "Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute. He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of and has been cooperative."
The domestic dispute involved a female companion who did not receive medical attention.
