Exclusive: Charlie Sheen's Sudden Tour Changes

It's only a few dates into the "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Failure Is Not An Option" Tour but it looks like Charlie Sheen is changing the formula and hoping for better results.
Sheen will be replacing show moderator and interviewer Joey Scoleri with former MTV VJ Simon Rex. A source tells ET, "Charlie and his top warlocks thought Scoleri's presence had hijacked the concert format during his question and answer sessions, so Charlie has taken back control."
Sheen's show had a rocky start in Detroit, and had another tough night at Radio City Music Hall on Friday in New York City.
