Mildred Baena's Divorce Papers: 'No Minor Children'

ET has obtained the divorce papers filed by Mildred Baena, the woman who is allegedly the mother of Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child, from her husband Rogelio Baena.

According to the document, the couple was married for almost a decade, marrying on November 14, 1987 and separating on October 23, 1997. Baena finally filed for divorce more than 10 years later on February 13, 2008 citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce, and that they had no minor children. The date of their separation is significant, as Baena gave birth to a son in October of 1997, just a month after the couple's separation.

Since Arnold dropped the bombshell yesterday that he fathered an illegitimate child during his marriage to Maria Shriver, Mildred Baena has been named by a joint investigation by Radar Online and Star as the reported mother of Arnold's now 13-year-old love child.

Baena, 50, was a housekeeper for Schwarzenegger and his family and had worked there for 20 years before reportedly retiring in January.

Arnold has since acknowledged having an illegitimate child in a statement reading: "After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago. I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."
