Lindsay Lohan is headed back to court.
The actress and former child star will appear in court Thursday so that a judge can determine whether she has violated her probation. A spokesperson for the District Attorney's office tells ET that the hearing has been scheduled because of "probation violations." The DA's office will not have the paperwork until Thursday morning, so they are not confirming any speculation on the nature of these alleged probation violations, which are related to her previous DUI case.
According to RadarOnline.com, Lohan allegedly tested positive for alcohol on June 12 and 13. Radar also reports that the electronic monitoring company facilitating Lohan's house arrest no longer wants to monitor her.
A rep for Lohan had no comment.
Lohan is currently serving house arrest after pleading no contest to stealing a necklace while she was already on probation for a DUI offense. Drinking alcohol would be a violation of her probation.
