Hands-on Mom Heidi Klum Plays with the Kids in New York City

Heidi Klum and her four children took time over the weekend to visit a New York City park, as well as a local shop.

Looking tanned and fit in a button-down blouse, shorts and sunglasses, Klum lived up to her reputation of being a hands-on mom, getting down on the grass to play with her littlest daughter, Lou, and holding hands with her sons, Henry and Johan.
