It's Official! Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo Are Married

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo tied the knot Friday in an intimate island ceremony, their reps confirm to PEOPLE.

"We told them they were going away and the attire was 'island chic.' It was all very vague," says Nick of the super-secret nuptials. "Our wedding invitations were in the form of a plane ticket."

Although Lachey, 37, and Minnillo, 30, have been dating more than four years, she tells PEOPLE the wedding is "just a stepping stone" to their ultimate goal of "start[ing] a family together."

The bride wore a two-piece Monique Lhuillier number, pairing a silk, hand-tufted skirt with a crystal-detailed corset. The groom donned a Dolce & Gabanna suit.

Although they have yet to release any photos of the big day, "Nick & Vanessa's Dream Wedding" will reveal the entire ceremony when it premieres on TLC, July 30.
