Watch: Lady Gaga Kisses Super-Fan

It's no secret that Lady Gaga loves her fans, and her fans are also clearly dedicated to her.  A recent example? A woman who drove all the way from Arizona to Los Angeles to see Lady Gaga, and to show off her sizable "little monsters" tattoo placed prominently on her back.

And lucky for her, her extreme dedication was rewarded when Lady Gaga spontaneously kissed her tattoo in appreciation.
