Halle Berry's Alleged Stalker Charged with Burglary

ET has confirmed with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office that the man who was accused of stalking Halle Berry has been charged with felony burglary in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday.

Prosecutors charged alleged stalker Richard A. Franco with first degree residential burglary. The 27-year-old plead not guilty. Franco will face two felonies from his past incidents where he was found on the actress' property in July.

Though Berry wasn't present at the hearing, the Oscar winner has already expressed concern in court filings, an the court already issued a restraining order on the accused stalker. Franco is due back in court on August 4.
