Bride-to-be Kim Kardashian was spotted as she arrived at the Biltmore Four Seasons today in preparation for her big day!

Kris Humphries accompanied his bride-to-be with their camera crew in tow and will be staying at the hotel but on the opposite side so as to not break wedding tradition. The entire Kardashian clan is already on hand for what seems to be shaping up to be a huge day tomorrow when Kim and hubby Kris finally tie the knot!
