Buzzmakers: Jen on Baby Rumors and Tyler's Tumble

This week in ET's top stories saw Steven Tyler of Aerosmith take a nasty tumble in his hotel room, Jennifer Lopez breaking down on stage, Melissa Gorga donning a fat suit, Jennifer Aniston fighting back pregnancy rumors and Dog The Bounty hunter fighting for custody of his grandson.

This week, news broke that Aerosmith front man and American Idol judge Steven Tyler took a nasty tumble in a hotel room that left him bruised and in need of stitches. Tyler quickly set the story straight on NBC's Today that alcohol had nothing to do with the accident.

As part of an ET Special Report this week, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga donned a fat suit to witness firsthand the discrimination that overweight people face everyday. The reality star transformed from her 115 pound, thin physique to a suit that would weigh her in at 400 pounds.

Jennifer Lopez laid her emotions bare during a performance at the Mohegan Sun Arena's 15 anniversary celebration on Saturday night. An onlooker tells ET that the pop diva became emotionally overwhelmed after walking the crowd through her past love life, saying that J.Lo broke down in tears when the audience went wild. At one point during her concert, J. Lo had dancers accompany her look-alike on stage. The dancers resembled her exes Diddy, Cris Judd, Ben Affleck and Marc Anthony. The J.Lo and Marc doppelgangers recreated the former couple's sexy number at the American Idol finale.

Jennifer Aniston fired back against marriage and pregnancy rumors this week. Aniston spoke to Britain's Hello! magazine and said that the pregnancy rumors might have started because she recently fainted some weight after quitting her smoking habit.

Duane "Dog" Chapman (a.k.a. Dog The Bounty Hunter) talk to ET this week for the first time concerning his grandson's alleged beating.
A voice that appears to belong to the Dog's nine-year-old grandson, Travis Jr., can be heard on an audio tape, asking for mercy from someone who sounds like the child's father, Travis Sr., who allegedly struck the child excessively. "I just started crying," Dog said, describing his reaction to hearing the tape. "And instantly I got mad...I instantly thought, as any human would, 'I can't wait to get my hands around Big Travis' throat, even though I'd have to jump up to do it." Dog eventually chose the more rational approach, going through government channels to have his grandson taken away from Travis Sr., who has denied the abuse claims.
