Michelle Duggar Pregnant with 20th Child
It will soon be 20 kids and counting for the sprawling Duggar family as Michelle announced that she's pregnant again.
"We really are excited, we are expecting our 20th child," Michelle told Ann Curry Tuesday on the Today show. The mother of 19 said the latest addition -- expected in April -- came as a bit of a surprise because she had experienced the biggest gap between births in more than 20 years.
"I was not thinking that God would give us another one, and we are just so grateful," said Michelle, who stars along with her husband Jim Bob and their children in the TLC series 19 Kids and Counting.
When asked if she thought number 20 might be her last, Michelle responded: "We always have the motto around our house - there's always room for one more. We would love however many the lord sees fit to give us."
Michelle suffered life-threatening complications during her last pregnancy that resulted in her 19th daughter Josie being born three and a half months prematurely. Josie fully recovered and will be celebrating her second birthday in December.
