ET Obtains Kris Humphries' Annulment Papers

Today, ET has obtained the annulment papers Kris Humphries filed in response to Kim Kardashian's divorce filing on October 1.
In the documents, Humphries cites fraud as the basis for nullifying the marriage.
Unlike a divorce, filing for a legal separation and annulment can result in the marriage being declared invalid as if it had never happened.

Kardashian cited irreconcilable differences as the reason she filed for divorce from Humphries after just 72 days following a lavish star-studded wedding in August.
