Topping this week's entertainment headlines: Kris Humphries decided to nullify his marriage to Kim Kardashian rather than sign divorce papers, country singer Mindy McCready went missing with her five-year-old son, Piers Morgan became a daddy again and Kim Kardashian revealed she was rethinking her "fairy-tale life."

On Thursday, ET obtained the annulment papers filed by Kris Humphries in response to Kim Kardashian's divorce filing on October 1. In the documents, Humphries cites fraud as the basis for nullifying the marriage. Unlike a divorce, filing for a legal separation and annulment can result in the marriage being declared invalid as if it had never happened. Kardashian cited irreconcilable differences as the reason she filed for divorce from Humphries just 72 days after a lavish star-studded wedding in August.

Country singer Mindy McCready took her five-year-old son away from the custody of her mother and went missing, authorities in Florida confirmed to ET. McCready took her son Zander from her father's home but a judge ordered the singer to return the child to her mother's legal custody. McCready told the Associated Press she is currently in Tennessee and can't travel because she's nearly seven months pregnant with twins. The 36-year-old country star had several successful albums in the '90s, but her career was later overshadowed by domestic abuse issues, drug and DUI arrests and a suicide attempt.

Sources close to the Kardashian family told ET that the wedding of pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and longtime love Scott Disick was imminent. The sources said the wedding would be the complete antithesis of sister Kim's lavish affair and that it will be low key, with just family. There was no word on whether the nuptials would be televised. Kourtney and Scott announced on Wednesday that they are expecting their second child together. The pair have a son, Mason, who is almost 2.

Tyler Perry has never been afraid to crossdress on the big screen, but now the star of the hugely successful Madea franchise is dressing as Cross. Alex Cross, that is -- for the reboot of James Patterson's detective series, titled I, Alex Cross. The movie is a much darker film project for Perry, which sees him step into the famous detective's shoes, as he tracks down a serial killer.

Kim Kardashian sat down with her sister Khloe for an interview in which Kim discusses her bombshell divorce and explains why her breakup from Kris Humphries has caused her to rethink her approach to love and relationships. "I think I'll always be a hopeless romantic," Kim tells Glamour magazine. But when asked to explain exactly what that means, she replies: "It means that I believe in love and the dream of having a perfect relationship, but my idea of it has changed. I think I need to not live in a fairy tale like that. I think I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic."

Piers Morgan had another reason to be thankful last weekend after he became a father for the fourth time. Morgan and wife Celia Walden welcomed their new daughter Elise and the 46-year-old CNN host took to his Twitter account to spread the joyous news. "It's true. I've become a dad for the 4th time to a baby girl called Elise," Morgan tweeted. "She's absurdly beautiful, and utterly adorable."
