A spokesperson for Jeff, 50, and his new bride Lisa Ann Russell,40, confirmed the nuptials to People, detailing the couple wed on Monday in an intimate Los Angeles ceremony.
This is the second marriage for Probst as well as his new bride, who divorced Mark Paul Gosselaar in 2010.
The happy news comes just a week and a half before Probst is scheduled to host the December 18 finale of Survivor: South Pacific.
