New Details from the Miss USA Arrest!

ETonline has obtained the police report of Former Miss USA Rima Fakih's DUI arrest. According to the report, Rima was driving 60 MPH and weaving in and out of traffic when she was pulled over by police on December 3rd.

The police report goes on to say Fakih "immediately identified herself as Miss USA," and told officers she had not been drinking. Despite her claims, the officer noted in the report that he observed a half-empty bottle of champagne in the back seat of the black Jaguar she was driving. The officer also described Fakih as "disoriented" with "very slurred speech." Police administered three breathalyzer tests, one showing a 0.19 percent and two showed a 0.20 percent blood-alcohol level.

The report also states that the beauty queen was taken into custody and put into a jail cell until she was sober "for her safety and the safety of others."

In addition to her DUI arrest, Fakih also faces charges of careless driving and possessing an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle.
