President Obama's lady love, First Lady Michelle Obama gets props for promoting healthy eating and exercise in 2011. On a scale of one to ten, her fitness swagger is at least a 15. Not only does she reportedly workout everyday for 90 minutes per session, but she is one of only a handful of women over 40 who can teach me how to Dougie. In the way of nutrition, she's also minds her p's and q's. Her presentation of the USDA's new MyPlate food guide promoted healthy eating, but she kept it real with a burger, fries and shake at Washington D.C.s Shake Shack, telling reporters eating healthy is, "about moderation."
Hottest Spot: Her 'Large Posterior'
Any other site will talk about her arms, and how she does push-ups, and how she goes sleeveless in cold weather, but due to breaking news, we have to give her backside some props. Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner recently admitted to saying the First Lady has a big butt, uh, excuse me, a "large posterior." His spokesperson told FishbowlDC.com, "He plans to contact the First Lady's office to apologize for his comments." For the record, we think Mrs. Obama's toned yet curvaceous body deserves a "You go, girl" and her booty gets an honorary "work it."
Guilty Pleasure: French Fries
Her much-publicized visit to a burger joint pulled out the haters, but she has never shied away from admitting her favorite food. She's said, "My favorite food in the whole wide world is french fries." She's also said she "can't stop eating them."
Favorite Sport: Tennis
The First Lady was seen at this year's U.S. Open ready to play. Not only did she hit some balls, but she chatted up Serena Williams. At the event, she told a group of kids, "I'm not really good or anything like that -- that's the beauty of tennis. You don't have to be good to enjoy it, because I love the game and my skills are very questionable."
