Russell & Katy: Trouble in Paradise?
Katy Perry and Russell Brand have both been spotted separately in public without their wedding rings, sparking rumors the couple's marriage could be on the rocks.
Katy was first to be photographed not wearing her wedding ring while frolicking by herself on a beach in Hawaii before Christmas. And today, Russell was snapped on a London street without his wedding band.
Even before the ring-less photos, rumors surfaced of problems in the relationship between Perry, 27, and Brand, 36, who married in October 2010 in India. The rumors were fueled by speculation that the two had spent the recent Christmas holiday apart.
Calls to the couple's reps were not returned, and their usually active Twitter pages have also not revealed any clues. During an interview with Ellen DeGeneres earlier this month, Brand laughed off reports of marital problems and declared that he was "really happily married."
