George Clooney: No Fashion Tips for Stacy Keibler

George Clooney's gal Stacy Keibler stepped out with George last night in a stunning black Marchesa gown, but the Descendants star confessed that he just learned what Marchesa is, and said he knows better than to give Stacy fashion advice.

Speaking to ET's Christina McLarty on the red carpet at the National Board of Review Awards gala in New York, Clooney joked that he'd also be wearing the famous designer at the Golden Globe Awards this Sunday.

On whether he was nervous about Golden Globe Awards host Ricky Gervais -- who drew criticism from some celebrities last year for his sharp-tongued zingers -- George said he's actually a big fan. "I'm not worried about it, I love... it makes me laugh. I think he's very fun and funny, so we'll just sit back and hold our breath."

Also stopping by the red carpet was Helen Mirren, who spoke to ET about the recent breakup of her Arthur co-star Russell Brand from Katy Perry. Although Mirren said she hadn't had a chance to personally speak to Brand since the split, she added: "I love him very much. You know, if things don't work out, they don't work out. And I know that he went into that situation with a heart full of love and with every hope and every effort that it would work out."
