Hospital: Heather Locklear to be Held Overnight

Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital this afternoon for a medical emergency and now a spokesperson for the hospital tells ET that although the actress is in stable condition, she will be held for observation overnight.

ET has also learned that Locklear's only visitors for the day, her parents, will have accommodations made for them to spend the night with their daughter passed normal visiting hours.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Dept. responded to a 911 call made by Locklear's sister this afternoon. Locklear was later transported to Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks.
