This week's top stories in the entertainment world include Heather Locklear's altercation with Jack Wagner, Madonna stunning Sharon Osbourne on the Golden Globe red carpet, Jennifer Hudson's family's murder update, Demi Moore's first red carpet appearance since her split with Ashton Kutcher and reports of Johnny Depp's relationship with Vanessa Paradis on the rocks.

A city attorney spokesperson confirmed to ET on Thursday that Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner had a "physical altercation" back in December. Police reported to Wagner's house and while no charges were filed, Locklear and Wagner will be called in to the attorney's office in a few weeks for questioning.

On Sunday, Madonna was stunning on the Golden Globes red carpet, rendering a speechless Sharon Osbourne. The Talk co-host teamed up with ET's Mark Steines for interviews on the big night. "I'm actually a bit speechless right now," Osbourne said. "Mrs. O is not often speechless, but I am speechless."

A trial for the man who's been accused of murdering three members of Jennifer Hudson's family will begin this spring. Cook County Judge Charles Burns decided on Thursday that jury selection will begin on April 9 for William Balfour's trial. Balfour, Hudson's sister Julia's estranged husband, was charged with first-degree murder in October 2008 for the killing of Hudson's mother, brother and nephew.

Two months after her split with Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore made her first red carpet appearance at this year's Golden Globes. The 49-year-old actress looked svelte in a little black Marios Schwab dress as she walked the carpet with her 23-year-old daughter Rumer Willis.

After nearly 14 years together, People magazine reported on Wednesday that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis "are all but finished." According to the publication, multiple sources claimed that the two live "separate lives" and haven't appeared together on a red carper in over a year. One insider even reportedly said, "It's so sad."
