Alec Baldwin was excited to capture his sixth SAG award last night, but he also focused on the statuette's fine anatomical features during his backstage interview with ET's Nancy O'Dell.
Alec joined other SAG winners who spoke to Nancy immediately after accepting their awards during the ceremony in Los Angeles.
Baldwin -- who won for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series for his role on 30 Rock -- at first claimed to know which actor the slender SAG statuette was based upon. "I know THE ANSWER to who this is modeled after," he proclaimed, quickly denying that his body was the inspiration for the coveted award.
Nancy also spoke with Modern Family's Sofia Vergara, who said she felt "blessed" that the show's cast also picked up a SAG Award after also winning big at the Emmys and Golden Globes. "We're having fun and I think the people can see that," Sofia said. Her co-star Julie Bowen added: "We just don't want people to hate us for getting these big, heavy naked men."
The Help won the SAG Award for the best cast performance in a movie and longtime film/stage actress Cicely Tyson said the recognition is clear evidence that female actors can now carry movies to big box office success. "I think this year has been the greatest year for female actors in the business. We finally came into our own, and I think the industry now is convinced that we can bring in box office."
