While the details for Whitney Houston's New Jersey burial are still being arranged, ET has exclusively learned that music mogul Clive Davis personally asked Whitney's godmother, R&B legend Aretha Franklin, to perform at the funeral.
A source adds that Aretha's response to this momentous request was along the lines of: How could I say no?
