Conrad Murray's Girlfriend Asks for His Release

February 23, 2012Dr. Conrad Murray's girlfriend, Nicole Alvarez, is requesting the court release him from jail pending his appeal, according to court documents obtained by ET.
In the papers, Alvarez states that Murray will live with her and their two-year-old son if he is released. The documents go on to state that the couple lived together for three years prior to Murray's conviction and was the primary source of income for Alvarez and their child.
Conrad Murray Guilty in Death of Michael Jackson
In November, a jury convicted Murray of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. Tomorrow, Murray's scheduled for a hearing for bail pending appeal.
