Hugh Hefner's Son Charged In Alleged Beating
Marston Hefner, Hugh Hefner's oldest son, has been officially charged with allegedly beating his girlfriend Claire Sinclair -- 2011's Playmate of the Year.
Marston was charged with one count of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, as well as one count of vandalism, and could be facing up to a year and a half in county jail if convicted on both counts.
Marston was arrested on Feb. 12 in Pasadena, California, in response to a call of a "suspected domestic violence battery." According to the Pasadena Police Department, Sinclair was found to have minor injuries.
She has since obtained an emergency restraining order against him.

Hugh Hefner reacted to the arrest in a quote to People, saying, "If they care about each other, they'll patch it up."
Marston's court date is March 21st.
