At a Hall of Fame ceremony in honor of television producer and writer Chuck Lorre, ET caught up with Mike & Molly star Melissa McCarthy and talked to her about her pilot that was bought by CBS.
"We're working on it right now. Our sets are being built as we speak," she revealed and then named some of the actors who will play roles on the show. "I feel like we just keep getting hit with a lucky stick."
McCarthy also took a moment to praise Lorre, who currently produces Mike & Molly.
"What's he's achieved, it just [hasn't been] done. To have such a huge career, especially in this day and age," she praised. "He's probably going to do 64 more shows."
Lorre, who has also produced and wrote for The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men, and Dharma & Greg, was bewildered by the Hall of Fame honor by The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
"I can't quite wrap my head around this yet," he said. "I just can't quite understand this yet."
