Penelope Ann Miller Files for Separation

The Artist star Penelope Ann Miller has filed for a legal separation from husband James Huggins, according to legal documents obtained by ET.

The documents cite irreconcilable differences for the split and request that custody of their two daughters -- Eloisa, 11, and Maria, who turns three this week -- be granted to Miller with Huggins being granted visitation rights.
This is Miller's second marriage, as she wed Will Arnett in 1994. The couple divorced the following year.
