Prince Harry has a new bachelor pad after moving out of his father's home and into an apartment in the same residence as Prince William and Kate Middleton.
A palace spokesman confirms to ET that Harry, 27, moved out of the bedroom and study he was occupying at nearby Clarence House -- the home of Prince Charles -- and is now living in an apartment next to his big brother and Kate at Kensington Palace, which has become his new official residence.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are currently living in Nottingham Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace, but are planning to move into a renovated apartment in the main building in 2013, at which time Harry is expected to take over the cottage. Kensington Palace was home to both brothers when they were being raised by their mother Diana, the Princess of Wales, who lived there from 1981 until her death in 1997.
Royal watchers say the move underscores the rock solid bond between the two princes, and is also a sign that Harry is maturing -- especially since recently concluding his successful ten-day tour of the Caribbean and Central and South America on behalf of the queen.
