Amanda Bynes was arrested today on suspicion of driving under the influence, ET has learned.

According to a police report, the 26-year-old former Nickelodeon star "allegedly collided with the right rear quarter panel" of a marked police car at 3:00 a.m. Friday morning.

The report goes on to state that no one was injured in the accident and that Bynes was then booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department where her bail was set at $5,000.

The actress has since been released from police custody.
