Following Heidi Klum's divorce petition last week, Seal has filed a response, which differs from Klum's filing on several counts.

In court documents obtained by ET, Seal asks for joint physical custody of their four children, where Heidi requested primary custody with Seal getting visitation.

Also, Seal's filings do not mention the post-nuptial agreement between the estranged couple that Heidi's petition claimed had been established. Seal's filings go on to assert that there are "community and quasi-community assets" to be divided amongst them.

Seal and Klum wed in Mexico on May 10, 2005. Heidi's court papers list the date of separation as January 19, 2012, but Seal's documents claim that the date has yet to be determined.
