Tareq Salahi has suffered a major setback in the $50 million lawsuit filed against estranged wife Michaele, her new beau Neal Schon and Schon's band Journey.

On Monday, the Circuit Court for Warren County found Tareq's $50 million alienation of affection lawsuit to be "deficient" and dismissed all counts without prejudice.

Tareq will have 21 days to amend and re-file, but it is unclear whether or not he will take advantage of this opportunity.

However, Michaele's counterclaim for defamation against Tareq continues forward.
