Martha Stewart Takes 'Cooking School' to TV
April 19, 2012
Facing the end of her daily talk show on the Hallmark Channel this summer, Martha Stewart is wasting no time returning to TV with a new cooking show that will debut this fall on PBS.
Each 30-minute episode of Martha Stewart's Cooking School will feature the famous domestic diva/media mogul demonstrating classic cooking techniques and illustrating the basic building blocks of recipes. The series is based on Stewart's best-selling cookbook of the same name.

"PBS is the perfect home for this series," Stewart said in a statement. "We will break down classic recipes for home cooks and inspire them to add their unique twist. I'm excited to get into the kitchen and connect with audiences across the nation."
Martha Stewart's Cooking School will be presented in association with public station WETA in Washington, D.C., and air on PBS stations across the country.
