After announcing yesterday morning that they're finally expecting a baby after a highly publicized battle with fertility, a miscarriage and a breast cancer diagnosis, Giuliana and Bill Rancic have decided to be even more candid about their road to becoming first-time parents with an upcoming special on their decision to have a baby through surrogacy.

The couple will host a 30-minute special airing tonight at 9 p.m. on the Style Network, called "Giuliana & Bill: Baby Dreams."

"Over the years we have opened our lives to Style viewers," the couple said in a statement. "We are thrilled to be able to share this happy news with our fans and to help inform others who may also be struggling with fertility. This Style special will answer many questions we also had during this process."

The special will air after an hour-long episode of Giuliana & Bill, which features the emotional moment the couple learned that they are having a baby via a gestational carrier.
