The happy news was announced early this afternoon by HELLO! magazine, confirming that Jack Osbourne and his fiancée Lisa Stelly had welcomed Pearl, an 8lb, 6 oz baby girl, to their family. 

Sister Kelly relayed her congrats via Twitter, adding that she is "one proud Auntie!" in her excitement for her brother's brand new bundle of joy.
