A rep for the 33-year-old Grey's Anatomy star confirmed to ET Canada on Wednesday that the couple had adopted a baby, but provided no additional details.

Heigl and Kelley -- who married in 2007 -- adopted their first daughter Naleigh, now three years old, in South Korea in 2009.

Heigl had previously expressed the desire to have more children and hinted in an ET interview last January that she might adopt again.
