Monroe and Moroccan Cannon celebrated their first birthday day in style--with parents Nick Cannon & Mariah Carey at the swanky Plaza Athénée in Paris, France!

Surrounded by balloons, toys and everything a young tot could want, "dem babies" were treated to a memorable fête, complete with custom-made French pastries.
To top it off, Nick and Mariah celebrated another milestone that day: Their fourth anniversary! The pair tied the knot on April 30, 2008, and commemorated another happy year last weekend with a vow renewal ceremony atop the Eiffel tower.
