Matthew Fox Arrested
Matthew Fox was arrested in central Oregon over the weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Authorities confirm to ET that the Lost actor was arrested about 3:30 a.m. in Bend, Oregon, where he currently lives with his wife and two children. He was released around 4:10 a.m. and must appear in court on June 7.
Fox, 45, reportedly had another passenger in the car and was on his way to a fast food restaurant when he was pulled over and arrested.
