Kim Kardashian recently visited our neighbors to the north for the launch of her Belle Noel jewelry line with none other than her new, high-profile beau, rapper Kanye West, and ET Canada was there for all the action!

Far from home, Kim and Kanye still couldn't escape the press and paparazzi that persistently hound the duo, and while the happy couple has remained relatively low-key amidst their blossoming romance, West wasn't shy about supporting his beloved, accompanying her to the launch.

Afterwards, Kim (once again accompanied by Kanye) spent some time with ET Canada for a close-up look at a few of the dazzling pieces in new Belle Noel collection, followed by a candid sit down with Canada's Cheryl Hickey to discuss the not–so-distant turmoil in her love life.

"I think everyone goes through tough times in bad situations," said Kim of the difficult recovery from heartbreak following her divorce to New Jersey Nets power forward, Kris Humphries. "It's kind of what you learn from it and how you grow from it that really makes you who you are."

As for the relentless criticism she received after the pair called it quits, Kim tells Hickey that she could care less. "Anyone that really isn't a fan, or I guess they call them 'haters' these days, really doesn’t affect me and I don't even let that get to me."
