Fresh off his much-anticipated America's Got Talent debut, Howard Stern stopped by to chat with the gals of The Talk and ET went behind the scenes for an exclusive look at his typically outrageous appearance.

Howard got a rousing welcome on The Talk -- which is currently filming in his hometown of New York City -- and he wasted no time dishing on his experiences as the new judge on NBC's America's Got Talent.

"When you tune in to see this show she comes onto me so heavily," Howard says of his fellow AGT judge and The Talk co-host Sharon Osbourne. "It is such a little romance and Ozzy (Osbourne) is so jealous," he adds. "We fight and we fight like a married couple, and then we make up -- it's a whole thing." Howard's wife Beth Ostrosky later joined The Talk panel as well to reveal what her husband is like off camera.

When asked whether she was nervous about having the shock jock on her show, Julie Chen said not at all. "He was exactly what I thought he was going to be -- funny, irreverent, just out of control. And by the way, when you hear Howard Stern is coming on a show, that's the Howard you want to see. That's why he has fans, because of exactly what he did today."
