Pop star Justin Bieber sustained minor injuries in Paris during a secret show for his Around the World TV special.

Bieber apparently suffered a bump to the head Thursday night after running into a glass wall during a performance. The singer took to Twitter shortly after to thank fans for their concern and give an update on his injury, which appears to be minor.

"Thanks for the love," he tweeted. "I'm fine. Just smacked my head and needed some water. All good."

He adds, "I'm Canadian. We are tough. Lol. It's all good. Just gotta take it easy the rest of the night. Back at it again for u guys tomorrow."

Manager Scooter Braun also took to the social media site to rib his young protégé for the blunder, but ultimately commend him for returning to the stage to perform despite his injury.

"BIEBER and GLASS...they don't like eachother," he joked, "but the fact that he still went and finished the last song and KILLED IT. That was impressive. #TrueProfessional."

Bieber later spoke with TMZ, revealing that he suffered a concussion from the impact of the glass.

The pop star touched down in Paris early this morning, causing a certified fan frenzy while filming his Around the World TV special documenting a twelve day, seven country tour to promote his new album Believe.
