Despite the circumstances, P!nk is taking a recent trip to the ER remarkably well.

The singer posted the above photo of herself this afternoon to her Instagram account after being admitted to the hospital for the stomach flu. In spite of being confined to a hospital bed and hooked up to various IVs, the 32-year-old can be seen grinning from ear to ear, which she attributes to her familiarity with hospitals and pain meds.

"Maybe it's cause my mom was an ER nurse all my life- but throw me in a gown and a hook me up to an IV- and I'm a happy girl," she explains. "Stomach flu sucks but morphine doesn't."
