The massive Earth billboard, featuring Dallas characters J.R. Ewing (played by Larry Hagman) and Bobby Ewing (played by Patrick Duffy), is a part of a collaboration between TNT and JetBlue Airways, which has a new route between Dallas/Fort Worth and Boston.

"This is beyond exciting," said co-star Linda Gray.

"Every time I think TNT and Warner have done something that they can't top, they come up with something like this," Patrick Duffy added.

The project was executed by environmental artist Stan Herd, using sustainable materials including 20 tons of mulch and 10 tons of sand along with prairie hay and crushed pecan shells.

Dallas debuts with a two-hour series premiere on Wednesday, June 13 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) on TNT. The installation will be on display through July 31.
