See Miley Cyrus's Engagement Ring Up Close

Miley Cyrus is one lucky gal -- not only is she engaged to Hunger Games hunk Liam Hemsworth, she also now has a beautiful 3.5-carat cushion-cut Neil Lane diamond ring to seal the deal.

The stunning engagement ring is handcrafted in 18-karat gold with diamond floral motifs in an art nouveau pattern. Also making the ring extra special is the center stone, which is an antique dating back to the late 19th century.

Liam wanted "something unusual," Neil Lane tells People. "Something really beautiful and romantic. ... It was hand-cut around 1880 or 1890 and it's unique and in its original form."

Lane also has some kind words for the bride-to-be.

"I've worked with Miley for years. She's such a sweet girl and I am delighted for their happiness," he tells ET. "And I wish them all the best."

Hemsworth proposed on May 31 to a clearly ecstatic Cyrus.

"I feel like all my dreams are coming true," she tweeted today.
