Hill's lawyer Nathan Hochman tells ET in a statement, "Today Ms. Hill accepted full responsibility for failing to file 3 years of her tax returns on time; she did so by stepping up and pleading guilty without any agreements from the government. Ms. Hill will be paying the IRS for the taxes she owes and looks forward to putting this matter behind her."
