Alec Baldwin, 54, tied the knot this weekend with girlfriend Hilaria Thomas, 28, during a romantic ceremony at St. Patrick's Old Cathedral in New York City. While the pair said their "I dos" in considerable privacy, Baldwin's first marriage to actress Kim Basinger in 1993 was a far more paparazzi-accessible event.

From the floral arrangements to the culminating fireworks, Baldwin planned the ceremony himself in just six weeks. When the time came to exchange their vows, Alec and Kim made it official on the sandy shores of East Hampton in the presence of friends, family, fellow celebrities (Paul Newman, Christie Brinkley and Billy Joel, to name a few) and a spatter of paparazzi who took full advantage of the open-air service to film the happy couple and snap a few photos on their big day.

The pair met just two years prior on the set of The Marrying Man. Alec and Kim filed for divorce in 2002. Together they share one child, a daughter named Ireland, 16.
