ET has exclusively obtained this photo of Sylvester Stallone's son Sage, taken only two months before he was found dead this past Friday.

The photo was taken on May 14 on the set of a photoshoot for Girls and Corpses magazine. Robert Rhine of Girls and Corpses said that Sage appeared to be "kind of spacey, not completely focused" and "a little bit lost and confused, almost" during the photoshoot.
