Halle Berry was taken to the hospital last night after she fell and hit her head on concrete while filming the upcoming movie, The Hive. But her rep tells ETonline that Berry is not only doing fine, but scheduled to be back on-set today!

"Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

This isn't the first time Berry has suffered an on-set slip-up -- last year she broke her foot while filming Cloud Atlas and broke her arm in 2003 while filming Gothika.
