The TV Academy announced Wednesday night that Offerman, who currently stars on the comedy Parks and Recreation, would "regretfully" not be able to logistically make it to the ceremony because of weather-related travel delays on the East Coast.
The ceremony can be viewed live on the Emmys website commencing at 5:40 a.m. PST on Thursday.
